If your insurance is not yet approved or not on the list, another option is called a Super Bill:

“A superbill is a standard form a private practice or clinic can use to collect key information required to submit health care claims to payers, including patient information, billing codes, and associated fees. A superbill can also serve as an itemized record of services to give directly to the patient. The patient may use this form to file for reimbursement from the health plan when they have paid for audiology or speech-language pathology services out-of-pocket.” (Asha.org)

SPEECH, voice, AND LANGUAGE EVALUATION

A speech and language evaluation is a comprehensive assessment conducted by a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) to determine an individual's communication strengths and weaknesses. It helps determine if speech therapy is needed and, if so, what type and how often.The evaluation involves various methods, including observing communication, conducting standardized tests, and gathering information about the individual's developmental and medical history.

FEEDING EVALUATION AND/OR DYSPHAGIA ASSESSMENT(OR OROFACIAL)

Our specialized feeding evaluations for children and adults assesses their unique needs and challenges, whether it’s picky eating, swallowing, or oral motor concerns. We identify strengths and areas for improvement to create personalized strategies that promote safe, enjoyable, and healthy eating experiences. AUGMENTATIVE/ALTERNATIVE COMMUNICATION DEVICE EVALUATION

Everyone deserves a voice. Our specialized AAC device evaluations help individuals with complex communication needs find the perfect solutions for self-expression. We assess unique abilities and preferences to recommend the most effective AAC tools. Together, we’ll unlock new possibilities, fostering independence and confidence in communication. Let's pave the way for meaningful connections.

Note: The evaluation price includes a 90-minute intake session and two follow-up appointments.

Independent educational evaluation

An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) is a private evaluation of a student’s abilities and needs, conducted by a qualified professional not employed by the school district. We offer objective, in-depth assessments to help families and schools better understand a child’s speech and language development, ensuring appropriate educational support and services.

Professional development and staff training to support communication, language, and swallowing needs across educational or healthcare settings. These trainings may cover topics such as:

Speech & language disorders
Implementing communication strategies
Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) training,
Managing feeding or swallowing concerns.

The goal is to empower professionals and staff with the tools and knowledge needed to promote inclusive, effective communication environments.

We specialize in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) therapy designed to empower individuals with complex communication needs. Services will include personalized solutions and tailored support to help clients navigate and effectively use AAC devices to express themselves for a variety of purposes. Through motivating activities and neuro-affirming strategies, we foster confidence and independence in communication.
